对天朝政体下的家族志向进行了一些平衡和重置 目前已有内容： 家族志向：知耻 改动 将兵士加成改为头衔兵士,普通家族可以增加头衔兵士规模，而豪族加成还可以进一步扩充头衔兵士上限 最大可以获得2头衔兵士上限（豪族加成），4头衔兵士规模上限 豪族现在还会提供兵士伤害和坚韧加成最多 25% 豪族招募兵士的花费减少最多可达25% 加强对军队维护费的减少 由最大10% 提升到 20% 现在每个家族成员获得的军事生活方式经验也会增加 最多20% 提高家族成员头衔兵士花费获得每月贤能加成 （PS:天朝制幽默的私兵要武将自掏腰包维护的同时还有可能因为皇帝突然改法律彻底用不了导致家族志向直接报废，既然我选这...
