开局规则更改血亲婚姻教义。 目的：玩儒家道学时发现婚姻教义是血亲禁婚，完全限制同族婚姻，玩着有点难受。所以写了个通用模组，只在开局时使用。 功能：开局规则可以让玩家的信仰自动更改为想要的血亲婚姻教义，仅限玩家开局的信仰。 兼容性：未修改源文件。 可能的bug：我不知道血亲婚姻教义的具体教义是否跟其他教义冲突，如果该具体教义与其他教义存在冲突，可能会导致旧教义被删除后，新教义却未能成功添加，最终使“血亲婚姻教义”这一栏为空。
