功能描述： 继承法是“男性优先（女性优先）”时，允许女性（男性）参加科举考试。 ！！警告！！： 因为科举和天朝继任制涉及性别法律的地方比较多，目前没办法把所有场景都测试到，不排除出现奇怪问题或者比较离谱的情况，请酌情使用。 说明： 天朝官僚继任法对非首选性别的候选人给予 80% 的候选人分数减益、武官 -1000 候选人分数。但是因为无法参加科举，所以女性角色仍然被排除在贤能制的官僚继任法外（参加不了科举贤能等级被限制）。允许女性参加科举更符合“男性优先”的情况。另外，因为 p 社给皇帝整了超大的后宫以及强悍的《持久力》（笑），皇帝都贼能生，玩家自己配种的属性都不错，不能当总督浪费了（...
