每次看ai华南不洗，洗大草原，而且还洗文化飞地，我都非常难受 现在汉化工程只能在中华霸权法理内控制的土地发起，并且相同传承的文化也会被转化。对玩家应该没啥影响，一个汉化工程要很久，霸权内全洗一遍够玩家洗个帝国法理进霸权了，实在不行就加个头衔管理器。 还添加了个决议，只有ai能点，如果非汉文化ai成为中华霸权，则会立即转变为汉文化，宗教变成道学。一大块红好漂亮，不想破坏美感。
