解除了00_rules.txt文件中建立新宗教对发出者不能有“has_created_a_faith”标签的限制，但由于这个文件涉及的其他设置有些多，可能会被其他mod修改，导致这个mod兼容性较低。 故仅推荐用来对在未订阅“取消一生一次的各种限制”mod之前就已经进行教改的存档进行补救之用。在新存档解除教改限制还是推荐使用我上面提到的mod。 推荐在利用此mod使老存档中已教改角色再次教改后立马关闭此mod以免与其他发生mod冲突（人话就是除了永生角色以外其他已教改角色总有死的一天，等用不着他再教改了就换回去我上面提到的mod）
