因为齐公没更新所以我自己更新了下，昨晚实验过了，群雄逐鹿会正常结束 修改了宣称天命效果，移除了所有中华地区独立统治者在宣称天命效果下 直接并入新天朝 理论兼容所有不修改宣称天命决议效果的mod（即没改动过tgp_claim_mandate_of_heaven_effect这部分的） ps：以下为个人吐槽，从他改了开始到现在我都在吐槽这个心灵控制，本来在加了逐鹿不限制局势之后这心灵控制完全没必要加（这两还是一个时间点更新的，甚至更新日志上这两的说明都只差几行），逐鹿已经够让玩家和AI统一了（）
