鉴于1.19删除了航海家、廉价军械、人多力量大的军团规模上限，我添加了一个文化传统，可以增加部分军团规模，具体来说，贸易港增加弓箭手，轻骑兵，重骑兵，重步兵，铁匠铺增加散兵、弓箭手、重步兵、重骑兵，其他判定采取和航海家一样，也许后面会改吧，因为我个人通常不怎么用人多力量大，只用前两个，
