借鉴了创意工坊的一些mod，发现整个创意工坊没有随意切换政体的mod，因此做了一个集合版，暂时只能更改自己的政体，接下来的更新会一一实现 1.切换政体时直属封臣跟着切换 2.从部落制切换时自动建造城堡
