It's a simple edit to make the left-bottom portrait 4 times larger than usual. It might be too large on 1080p and on larger than 100% GUI scaling - I don't know. The example images are on 1440p with 100% GUI scaling. It is not compatible with mods that edits: "...\gui\portraits.gui". You can use...
