1.修正好感度以及原版派系的数值,避免经常出现派系叛乱。 2.新增忠诚派系，不满度增长会发送事件，王国以上的独立统治者可以给自己加buff叠叠乐，也可以给派系成员加buff以此来稳固统治，不满足王国以上的独立统治者只能加点资源。 3.新增决议限制派系活动，可以延缓派系叛乱事件。新增角色互动“要求防御同盟”，可以要求忠诚派系成员加入防御战争 4.新增培养继承人决议，可以增加特质，免得继承人一上位就四处叛乱。 # 1.本来想给忠诚派系弄个新界面，但是看原版派系界面很多动不了就算了 2.有想法可以评论区提一提，我看目前的p社代码能不能实现
