这个模组是More building++的补丁， 在More building++中，修建民生工程，也就是增加建筑槽位，需要5级发展度和民生工程文化革新，但是很多部落，尤其是867年开局的部落达不到这两个要求， 所以本模组将其修改为： 发展度大于等于1，不要求任何革新。 游戏中文本无修改，但是效果是存在的，需要加载在More building++下方。 欢迎评论和点赞，谢谢各位。
