No Cost Revoke Court Position
Removes the prestige cost from revoking a court position. Does not remove the opinion loss on revoke, as that requires more overwrites than this little mod should have. Too lazy to make a new icon, and don't want to use AI, so recycling the No Cost Dismiss icon lol
