让原版所有政体的虔诚等级都能达到8级（神明临凡），未完全测试，目前暂时没有发现BUG。 由于并没有更改角色默认的虔诚等级上限（5级），因此新增了一个特质，可以让角色的虔诚等级上限+3，没做成本地化，但效果可以正常生效。 由于6~8级虔诚等级会添加【最大封臣上限】的修正，让本来没有最大封臣上限的人的封臣上限被限制，所以给特质新增了一个最大封臣上限+1000的修正。（经典最大直辖上限不是直辖上限，最大封臣上限不是封臣上限） 可能与任何更改原版政体的MOD冲突。
