Scheme MinMax
Some of the schemes have a max on the success rate and secrecy. They also sometimes have a minimum success rate as well. This mod removes those maximums and minimums. It should be compatible with any mod that does not edit schemes. No Holy Sites For Head of Faith: No Holy Sites For Reformation:
