【应该适配了1.19】 【支持TAO喵，支持TAO谢谢喵】 本Mod为我个人一拍脑袋决定制作的，不是TAO的官方Submod。 翻TAO原文件看到一个废弃的“开明专制”政体有感而发（） 基于“特蕾西亚的行政类政体重置”做的一个新行政制政体，使用天朝判定符蹭天朝制判定。由于我的省份法律不显示，我把这个政体的所有法律做成了帝国政策。 技术力并不高，总体上就是使用标准行政制契约的天朝制，然后到处抄点代码专门给这个政体玩。 复制了一套圣战代码专门给这个政体用，所以可以发动圣战。 兼容性：没有修改任何原版或TAO文件（至少我记得我没有改过），应该不会产生兼容性问题，甚至可能可以脱离TAOmod单独...
