The All - Steppe
This Mod is just a quick proof of concept I wanted to do for another Mod i'm working on. It deletes the Options for additional Nomad Situations in Karellia, Arabia and Africa but adds the whole Map into the Great Steppes Situation. Therefore Nomads could migrate to India or even Europe given time.
