传奇传了几十年还铺不了半壁江山？用这个吧 给天朝的士大夫传统加了个1000倍传奇传播的效果 其它文化要用的话需要用cheat menu改 另外修了一个原版bug，火星官和初代玩家能升到一品，而正常出生的小孩即使通过了所有的考试，贤能上限也会锁在二品到不了一品，所以就直接给初始品级加了一级，二品跟一品都能做最大的官，本来影响不是很大，就是强迫症看着难受，不想用的可以把这句删掉（就一个文本，ctrl+f搜）character_max_merit_level_add = 1 推荐搭配 禁止AI创建“传奇” 防止AI乱搞
