19-24 heroes available to recruit with space to hold 85-90 heroes. You're welcome. Plenty of class mods increase the roster by 1 and I'm pretty sure the game implodes if you go too far past 100, so I kept this mod's roster limit 10 under that breakpoint. Similarly, the game outright will not work...
