风暴英雄饰品包
原版角色在装备饰品后触发相应效果会附带技能名称动画和英雄语音。 因为要还原风暴英雄中角色的技能风味，每个饰品都挑选了两三个该英雄比较有代表性的技能或天赋，所以饰品的文本描述就很长。虽然可以通过自定义提示的方式改短，但这样效果难免让人困扰，因此干脆就不管了。 目前该饰品的重点在于还原英雄技能，平衡性暂时还没有考虑太多，觉得强度有问题可以自行修改。 凯尔萨斯比较特殊，因为使用了actor_dot的机制，所以非原版角色在没有对应动画时可能会有bug，建议非原版角色不要装备凯尔萨斯。当然，有能力的可以自行添加非原版角色动画，复制粘贴改下名字就行。
