Enemies will teleport and follow you on every difficulty level as they do on 4BC+. Only the difficulty settings changed, so this mod must be pretty compatible with others. No promises though. Pairs well with my "The Spanish Inquisition" mod which makes Inquisitors, Grenadiers and Arbiters follow...
