Adds Elemental/Summoning Bows and Crossbows scaling from FIN to the general loot pool. Adds Elemental Daggers scaling from FIN to the general loot pool. This will allow for elemental ranger/summoner/rogue without having to dip into INT for magic damage types. Enjoy!
