对扇子大佬的简单经济学改（适配mod）做一些修改 不知道原来的机制的去看原mod 开启再次分解调整倍率后，设置的时间内同种资源只能正常分解一次，单次分解最多正常价格卖掉10个堆叠的物品，超过的部分和超过1次的分解会被调整倍率 举个例子，服务器设置8min内重复分解物品会调整倍率，倍率调整为十分之一，玩家一次分解了20个木头，每个回收价10金币，那么玩家将获得10*10+1*10=110个金币。玩家一次分解了一个木头，第二次分解了9个木头，那么玩家将获得1*10+9*1=19个金币。 现在幸运项链和点金法杖在锻造栏里购买 增加了一些防止刷钱的机制 修复了一些导致崩溃的bug
