Telebase Inscription
A random inscription will be imprinted when a telebase is built. Players can teleport to a telebase by whisper it's inscription in any other telebase. This will make the telebase more useful. 传送核心在建造时会随机生成一个铭文，站在任意其它传送核心中低吟（按u键输入）铭文可以传送到指定的传送核心。这会让传送核心变得更有用一点。
