A terrorist cell has built a secret base in the Arctic. We suspect they are planning to use it for shooting Surface-to-Air Missiles at transpolar flights. It goes without saying that we can't have that happen, or even become public. Infiltrate their base, and sabotage any AA weapons you can find.
