AER-9 Laser Rifle

Adds the AER-9 rifle from the Fallout games. If it's requested enough, I'll add more fallout weapons. It is a fast, accurate, armor piercing rifle, but it only does a little more damage than the P90, so it can take more than one shot to take a bad guy down. My other Fallout mods:
