Orbs with no cooldowns such as Outworld Devourer, Drow and Clinkz are unaffected. Templar Assassinn Refraction is broken. Heroes with cooldown reduction talents such as Clinkz, Elder Titan and Gyrocopter have no cooldown if the talent tree is chosen. Currently i dont know how to edit talents tree...
