All Left Side Talents are buffed to 1.5x/2x/2.5x/3x power for level 10/15/20/25 respectively Some talents are unchanged because their values are either 0 or 1 or hardcoded and i dont know how to change that Status Resistance from items are 2.5x better to help against really long stun durations
