Dota2 but CDs & manacosts reduced
When you level up an ability, its cooldown and manacost are divided by two. You have one permanent TP scroll. TP only costs 10 mana and has a 15 secs cooldown. Respawn time has been set to 15 secs. There's no courier and no universal shop. You have to TP to get your items. Have fun !
