Changes to the Voltaic SMG. Rate-of-fire reduced -50% (from 11 to 5.5). Damage increased +50% (from 9 to 13.5). The end result is a slower-firing, higher-damage auto pistol. Balanced, because the overall DPS is reduced by -25% with these changes.
