Adds the time-manipulation skill: Chronomancy! Originally made by J-Factor, a popular mod on the Gaslamp Games forum. Couldn't find it on the workshop so I've uploaded it myself. As such I really cant fix any issues you may find with it but it seems to be working well for me.

How do I install Chronomancy?
Install the matching loader first, then put the downloaded file in your mods folder and start the game. The loader, the mod and Dungeons of Dredmor all have to be on the same version, which is the usual reason a mod does not appear in game.
