Blood Cultist Sounds
Replaces some sounds (leatherneck, mage, player, scarecrow, scientist, soldier, & the welder) with cultist voice sounds from Blood. Some don't work (I think mainly in the /vo folder) but I'm too lazy to take them out right now.
