More Civilizable Creatures
This Mod adds tags to every non-unique non-vermin generated creature with the "LEARNS" tag such that they can function as Adventure Mode characters and join fortresses. This does not add more creatures, add the "LEARNS" tag TO any creatures, or affect any procedurally generated creatures.
