This is just an Overhaul of Graphics. I can't seem to get it to work Properly but a Workaround till I figure it out is Click Subscribe then go to the Steam Apps Common Folder in there find this Mod Grab the Files and paste them over You main Vanilla Folders overwrite and that should work.
