Removes Aquifer from Sandstone, Puddingstone and Conglomerate, but leaves all other soils and sands alone. From my dfhack reveal shenanigans, I mostly encountered the aquifers to pretty much stop with the topsoil layer, unless you're mining under the ocean somehow. Sure you CAN smooth these stone...
