Requested by a friend. Makes guild promotions require 25% less contributions per rank, and uncaps the maximum guild rank. (Vanilla is rank 6) (Edited) Added a config file option to adjust the multiplier of contributions. set this to 1.0 to revert back to vanilla contributions.
