ランダムネフィアの生成レベルを制御します。コンフィグ画面でMinLevelとMaxLevelに数値を入力するとその数値がネフィア生成の際の上限と下限になります。%をつけて比率を入力すると生成時点の名声/100またはPCレベルを基準として上限下限が決まります。 通常、Elin本来の計算式から導き出される生成範囲内のレベルのネフィアしか生成されません。通常の生成範囲が32レベル～160レベルの状態で下限を200に設定しても160レベルのネフィアしか生成されませんし、上限を20レベルにしても32レベルのネフィアしか生成されません。IgnoreVanillaRangeをTrueにすると制限を無視...
