Multiple Ark Designs

Allows the Vodyani to have several different Ark designs. Useful if you want to have a Battle Ark design as well as a System Ark design. Will also work with custom factions using Ship Bound Affinity. Please note that you can not Retofit from Battle Ark to System Ark.
