更新内容： 1.理念组上限增加到32个 2.建立殖民领、释放附庸国、条约释放国家将自动移除历史理念组 3.免费政策增加到70个（最多的居然是外交） 主要内容： 该MOD将理念槽增加至32个，修改了理念组的使用条件，确保玩家可以使用原版所有理念组，但AI依然只能特定行政科技开启最多8个理念组。 其他内容： 增加了两个决议方便玩家更好得解锁理念并使用政策。 兼容性： 没有修改UI导致理念界面看起来来有点怪，不影响实际效果 兼容所有未修改理念组和行政科技的MOD。 BUG与反馈： 基本不看steam评论区，遇到BUG或在游玩其他大型MOD有相同的需求，可以通过QQ「3371483864」联系作者。
