Anbennar种族建筑的个人重写版本 + 更新到隐厦版本 + 种族建筑（不占建筑槽位） + （24，22）建筑槽位 灵感来自 简单来说就是把建筑改成了省份修正的形式，不再占用建筑槽位，缺少对应种族的人口会失效（可以通过决议花钱恢复人口，或者拆掉换钱）。没有其他的修改，自用，适配最新版省份UI。
