Bavaria and Swabia improved Tier 4 Units + Hansa Sprite Fix
Changes the Bavarian Tier 4 Units to the Nurnberg Tier 4 Units. Changes the Swabian Tier 4 Units to the Ulm Tier 4 Units. Usally both uses the generic german unit models for Tier4. Also added a fix for hanseatic unit sprites not showing correctly with the Wind of Change unit sprites.
