EDG Banner Fix
由于Banner 5.0将游戏内大部分盾徽改成了方正旗帜，并覆盖了原版一些UI文件，导致了与同样修改了这些文件的mod之间产生冲突，因此本mod为EDG（归墟之门）与Banner 5.0制作的兼容补丁，解决由于修改了同类文件造成的冲突问题。 启用之后EDG的神罗界面以及各类新增UI（主要指罗西亚共和国，伊比利亚公社相关内容）将能够正常显示，并且神罗界面的旗帜也会同Banner 5.0所修改的一样变为方正旗帜。
