Fix for alerts and ledger Proper 4K UI Project
Fixes the ledger background and the alert banners for although the banners have to be teeny tiny to work. Still ironman compatible. I also maybe fixed an harmony banner not appearing, maybe related to confucianism? This mod needs to be after the mod it fixes in the mod order.
