修改了君主特质和将领特质带来的加成，让他们比原版更加强力，好的特质甚至可以扭转战局！PS:不兼容所有修改过特质的mod，如战争前夜ab（君主特质没了，将领还在）可以玩正常游玩，大部分mod都可以兼容，就这样，持续优化中。评论区的问题大部分已经解决。我也不知道咋回复不了。详情自己玩。推荐使用君主特质数量增加mod（非必须，玩起来更爽) 适配最新1.37.5
