一.内容为增加一个战争CB和两项和平条约，在决议里启用或者关闭，ai不会点击决议。本MOD未更改替换任何原版文件理论上具有很好的兼容性，几乎可以兼容任何MOD。 二.战争CB为解放，战争目标是原来皇帝DLC法兰西任务树中的解放，战争合理要求是释放附庸，国家以及归还核心 三.去军事化和平条约，要求80分40外交点。可以极大削弱和约期内AI的军事力量。 内容为 1.裁撤全部陆军以及停港海军 2.拆除国内所有要塞 3.获得15年DEBUFF，导致昂贵的部队造价与维护，降低人力总额与恢复速度 四.肢解国家合约，要求100分和100外交点。肢解国家只能对列强/帝国等级/1000发展读以上的国家使用...
