已整合mod功能做成决议菜单，效果如图所示。 -转化文化省份条件为：本地宗教容忍度大于3或叛乱度小于-5，无分离主义，非主流文化与已接受文化，无文化转化和造核任务。 -保留了原始的每月扣外交点数每年触发同化事件的决议，效果为每月扣除一定外交点每年自动转化3/6个省份的文化。和主菜单内的选项平行生效。 -如果你只想实现全自动文化转化，选择 顺其自然 - 基础同化模式 即可，该模式对平衡性影响最小。
