写这个模组的动机来自于本人玩eu4时的一些想法，在同时开启AB和idea variation时，由于缺失相应的政策，且idea variation对于玩法的颠覆性过大，有的理念非常强力而有的理念同原版相比只是缝合一下而已，感到很不爽，所以试着自己上手按照我的口味写一个。 旨在通过各具特色、功能不重复的理念组丰富玩家体验，并且不改变游戏原有的所有机制。新人第一次上手做东西，可能有很多不足。 目前完成的： 把AB中的四个新理念组加入模组，加入了“咨询”和“参谋”理念。完善相应政策。 加入7个“专精理念”。玩家在一局游戏中限选一个专精理念，其中专精理念没有相应的政策，虽然强力但大多功能单一。...
