修改了拜占庭的理念（小幅度增强）。 画个饼：后续会修改拜占庭地块和拜占庭任务 2月11号紧急更新：修复了除拜占庭以外所有国家的非通用理念组，变成通用理念组的问题，二次修复：修复了汉化补充包会覆盖mod的问题 怎么老子本地版本可以兼容汉化补充steam这边不行，无敌了，私募了，麻痹我不管了，总之还是不兼容汉化拓展 目前在制作拜占庭特殊兵种，但是由于蠢驴特殊兵种的硬编码，没法自己加新的，我就把俄罗斯射击军搞过来了，并且着手进行重命名（这个不知道什么原因，可以在蠢驴硬编码的部分改名，但是会丢汉化，实在不行我可能会放弃重命名），到时候包括理念修改等会以新的mod拜占庭拓展发布到创意工坊 QQ群：...
