现有的蜥蜴人tag都有很不错的体验，而阿萨尔塔是其中最战斗爽的，种族军事抽奖让战斗风格多变，打的不无聊。相对的，其他蜥蜴人tag军事方面的内容就少一些，为了让所有蜥蜴人tag都能战斗爽，我通过决议开源了阿萨尔塔的换生灵，并补偿了一个永修。让所有蜥蜴人都有机会种族军事抽抽乐，战斗爽。之后还会修改333任务树，优化流畅度与种田体验。 10/10：修了绿皮代码的决议重复点，然后卡拉斯克因为还是测试版任务，我的代码也没有修改变化决议的机制内容，所以无效大概率是洋人的问题，正式版上线后如果还是无效我再办法适配
