众所周知，在种田时，种税基远远不如种生产有用。对玩家来说，烧税都是常有的操作。 本mod旨在让玩家在种田时，会考虑种一下税基。而不是只有在没得选时才种两下税基。 不考虑各种修正，原版的每一点税基提供1的年度税收，每一点生产提供0.2的本地商品产出。 本模组中，每一点税基提供0.8的年度税收，提供0.04的本地商品产出；每一点生产提供0.16的本地商品产出，提供0.2的年度税收。 可以简单地理解成税基代表自给农，生产代表工商业生产者。小农在交人头税的同时，也会生产一些供自己用的产品；市民在二三产岗位工作时，同时也得交人头税。 至于人力不参与这些复杂的运算，就理解成那时候不同政体的军制差太多...
