天命优化
修改了天命改革的buff，以及一道圣旨，天朝政体、贤能值、中华区的奇观，重新按照历史上的运河钞关改造了运河奇观。 天朝政体由于不能刷改革点所以加了很多改革速度，原版卡掉天朝比较麻烦且没有代入感，天朝政体的吃地效率和改革进度一直是硬伤，本mod尽量符合历史地进行改进，虽然天命改革的buff加的不算很高但是依然数值膨胀，调整了极难ai的增益，也不推荐猴戏，本mod旨在通过单纯的天朝改革达成猴戏的效果，推荐元明清直接变，还有日本、朝鲜、大越及几个东南亚的tag，理念都有增益，群雄里大顺的事件做了优化，顺被设定为endtag，事件放出很有代入感，其余群雄还有朝鲜大越汉化后可重建大明，对元明清还有...
